The DCMOTO 925 autogate system is designed to be more energy-efficient compared to conventional gate systems. A normal auto-gate motor typically consumes around 10 to 20W of electricity in standby mode, even when the gate is not in use.
With the HYBRID POWER system, the main power supply is automatically switched off during standby, helping to eliminate unnecessary power consumption. During this period, the system runs on a low-power backup battery, using only about 0.2W of energy.
The main electricity supply is only activated when the motor is operating or when the battery needs charging. This smart power control system helps reduce total electricity usage by up to 95%, making it more cost-saving for homeowners while also helping to lower CO₂ emissions and support a greener environment.
