Autogate Remote Receiver Replacement and Upgrade

 

This is the second time we’ve serviced this customer’s swing autogate system in Gombak. We took over the service and maintenance after the original installer became unreachable. Previously, we replaced the swing autogate PCB board, and now the customer informed us that all their autogate remotes were not working, but they could still open and close the gate using the switch inside the house.

We visited the customer in Gombak for swing autogate service. During troubleshooting, we discovered that the issue was with the remote autogate receiver. The customer was initially using a 330MHz receiver. After getting their approval for the cost of a new remote set, we replaced the receiver and provided 3 new remote controls. Now, the customer can easily open the autogate remotely, even from a distance, thanks to the upgraded 433MHz receiver.
